Illustration Masterclass will not be able to view your work at any point outside of a class session. Please do not email us your illustrations. Work will only ever be viewed during a class.

Every masterclass is one-on-one and is designed for one student in a session. If more than one student is present the class will be cancelled. Supporters of the student such as parents, carers and translators are permitted.

Illustration Masterclass cannot introduce you to agents, give names of contacts or recommend specific clients.

Illustration Masterclass will not do costing for jobs.

For some Masterclasses a pdf of preparatory documents will be provided; these are confidential and not to be shared.

If you would like Alice to review your work after a class, and give feedback, this is available to you via a booked follow-up session and not over email.

Please come to the class with all images open and ready for viewing. Please check prior to the class that your images open correctly. Time lost because files cannot open will not be added on to the end of the session.

Sessions may not be recorded either by video, audio or any method other than notes taken by hand or typed during the class. A Teams transcript of the class will be supplied to every pupil after the session. The transcript is confidential and not to be re-shared.

While Alice will do her best to guide you and encourage the best illustrations for you, she cannot guarantee new work or commissions as a result of the masterclass.

Keep it clean! The illustrations Alice is prepared to advise on should be mainstream and family friendly. If you have content which could be considered even mildly violent, or inappropriate in any way, then Alice reserves the right to end the session immediately.
